Very Pleased,
I brought this item almost a month ago and it’s everything it says it is and I have noticed a big difference in my hips and tummy. I feel tighter and more toned. The weight is coming off slowly but it’s definately going
I’ve noticed the biggest difference in my stomach, it’s alot tighter and less flab when I sit down. It’s such a nice feeling 
and I use the AB Glider every day! Plus I’m still enjoying ‘junk food’ every now and then.
I’d totally recomend this to family and friends.
And I realy don’t feel like I’m doing exercize, another nice feeling.

This was for my husband who was in the Royal Army Physical Training Corp and has done an awful lot of excerise in his life.
He says this machine is superb and as he has been only using it a few weeks he is noticing the abs and bingo wings area showing a major change already. He goes to the gym every morning so he is already quite fit but this machine is making a big difference so top marks.

|no pain, no gain,
i am a very sporty person and have always loved sport, as i am at uni and work however i rarely have time to go to time gym, which is disappointing as i used to go 3-4 times a week. by buying this machine i was shocked at how easy it is to follow with the dvd but also shocked at how difficult the scrunches were, i have used this machine for 20mins each day for the past 2 weeks and i feel a great diffrence, first few days my arms and belly felt stiff, but no pain, no gain.
Love this machine so far, money well spent.x
